Process Control Panels use experienced design engineers, together with drawing office staff to interpret final Client specifications and produce detailed design packages utilising an automated electrical design package (Electrical Designer). This package not only produces electrical schematic diagrams and general arrangements, but has the facility to produce cable block diagrams, cable interconnect diagrams and terminal diagrams, these being automatically generated from the schematic diagrams thus ensuring consistency in data. These documents are submitted for client approval prior to manufacture.
All stages of manufacture are monitored by the Engineering Team to ensure that the Client’s requirements and project timescales are met in full.
After manufacture, a detailed documentation package together with reproducible copies of all drawings can be supplied, if required.
