GEA Process Engineering Ltd (formerly Tuchenhagen UK Ltd) can trace its origins back almost 35 years.

Eddie Kuhlenbaumer established EHK Process Engineering in 1976 with registered offices in Manchester and Dublin. From its earliest days the company specialised in the needs of the hygienic process industries, principally brewing and dairy.

Tuchenhagen UK Ltd was formed in 1978 with the intention of building upon the innovative Tuchenhagen mix proof valve technology in the UK and Irish markets.

As customer needs and expectations increased the company began to develop its skills/knowledge base and began to supply Process Engineering and Automation services in addition to the Tuchenhagen mix proof valve technology thus becoming a process integrator and now often providing total process lines/solutions.
