The FILTERMAT® Spray Dryer from GEA Niro successfully dries most sticky, hygroscopic, thermoplastic and slowly crystallising products into free-flowing, agglomerated powders. Using a lower level of powder temperature than those possible in conventional spray dryers these types of powders are possible.
